A variety of heirloom tomatoes are grown in our greenhouse year-round.	We have a 30 ft by 96 ft state-of-the-art computerized hydroponic greenhouse, where we grow our popular "Blenheim Lettuce" mix and other greens like Tuscan kale, Rainbow Lights chard, Buttercrunch lettuce, and a variety of herbs.		Our own maple syrup is all -natural and super sweet.	Cucumbers, peppers, and tomatoes in dutch buckets.	Channels for producing hydroponic lettuce, herbs and winter greens.
	We are growing salads, legumes, and heirloom tomatoes year-round in our state-of-the-art hydroponic greenhouse. We are even growing lingonberries.		We also grow mushrooms in our dark barns and a variety of herbs in the field. All our produce is completely pesticide-free and follow sustainable growing methods.
