Aerial view of a Blenheim Hill Farm and its lush green landscape – with two small ponds, red and white buildings, and rolling hills in the background.

Private and secluded, no curfew and no noise restriction.

At most venues, couples are limited to just one or two spaces — often with the ceremony and reception held in the same setting, leaving little sense of discovery throughout the day. At Blenheim Hill Farm, your celebration flows across more than 200 acres, with views of our private lakes, historic barns, rustic event buildings, permaculture gardens, meadows, and a wide range of beautiful indoor and outdoor gathering places.

More intimate celebrations often center around our two-level Brewery Barn, while larger weddings unfold in our cathedral-sized historic reception barn, allowing the experience to scale naturally with your guest count.

Each part of the weekend has its own backdrop, so your rehearsal doesn’t reveal the reception, your ceremony feels distinct from cocktail hour, and your guests are continually surprised as the weekend unfolds.

Every element of the property is designed with purpose. Four dedicated bonfire sites sit near the spaces where guests gather. Parking is discreetly tucked behind our 90-foot greenhouse, keeping arrivals seamless but never intrusive. And unlike other venues that charge for every location, all of our spaces — from rehearsal dinner through farewell brunch — are included with the site fee. At Blenheim Hill Farm, you’re not renting a barn; you’re hosting a wedding weekend that flows across a living landscape.

The Ceremony Settings: Lake, Pine Grove & Meadow

A black-and-white landscape with two large trees in the foreground near a lake, with chairs and a small swing set on the grass by the water, surrounded by trees and foliage.

The Ceremony at Blenheim Hill Farm offers three distinct outdoor settings: Twin Lakes, The Pine Grove, and The Meadow. Exchange vows beneath the iconic birch arbor at the water’s edge, with lakes, piers, and open sky as your backdrop. Tucked among the trees, the Pine Grove offers a quieter, more intimate setting, while the Meadow provides a wide, open landscape with sweeping views. Each location is designed specifically for ceremonies and offers a natural, unforced setting that feels personal, scenic, and deeply connected to the land.

The Blenheim Barn: A Grand Reception Space

People dancing and socializing at a rustic barn wedding reception with string lights, wooden beams, and tables with floral centerpieces.

The Blenheim Barn, built in 1790 and fully renovated, is a three-story cathedral of historic timber beams and candlelight. Designed for larger wedding receptions of approximately 100–225 guests, the space balances grandeur with warmth, making dinner feel intimate beneath soaring ceilings before the night naturally transitions to a packed dance floor. Modern heating and cooling are seamlessly integrated, and with no curfew and all essential rentals and staffing included, the celebration can continue well into the night.

The Oak Garden: Cocktails & Connection

An outdoor cocktail hour patio area with string lights hanging overhead, surrounded by trees and hills, with outdoor seating and farm animals in the background.

The Oak Garden is the dedicated cocktail hour space for the Blenheim Barn. Set beneath a grove of young oaks and open sky, the garden spans over 10,000 square feet and is illuminated by overhead string lights as day fades into evening. A 30-foot outdoor bar anchors the space, featuring a Portuguese wood-fired pizza oven, while music plays through built-in Bluetooth speakers. Located near the greenhouse and our resident goats, ducks, and chickens, the Oak Garden offers a relaxed, lively transition between the ceremony and the reception before guests are invited into the barn.

The Brewery Barn: A Rustic Welcome

Interior of the rustic Brewery Barn with wooden tables and chairs, decorative hanging glass jugs on the ceiling, pink flowers in the foreground, and large open doors letting in natural light.

The Brewery Barn is where the weekend officially begins — the setting for your rehearsal dinner and the first toast of the celebration. With floor-to-ceiling, wrap-around windows overlooking the Twin Lakes, the space is filled with natural light by day and a warm, speakeasy-style glow by night, anchored by its iconic chandelier of old brewery bottles. Originally designed with rehearsal dinners in mind, it also serves as a reception space for smaller, more intimate weddings of approximately 70–90 guests, where the atmosphere feels close-knit and effortlessly celebratory. Couples return here in the spring for their menu tasting — a first glimpse of the feast to come — and when the weather has a mind of its own, the Brewery Barn becomes a welcoming gathering space as guests arrive, buzzing with anticipation before the ceremony. Later in the evening, it can seamlessly transform into an after-party space, keeping the celebration going long after dinner has ended.

Farmhouses & Guest Lodging

Your wedding weekend doesn’t end when the music stops — it continues in the warmth of our historic farmhouses and nearby guest lodging. Blenheim Hill Farm’s own restored farmhouse sits right on the property, perfect for getting ready and your first night as newlyweds. Additional homes, including the Virginia Queen in Jefferson and our farmhouse at Seven Ponds Farm, welcome family and friends when available. For the rest of your guests, nearby inns and hotels ensure everyone feels close to the celebration.
