To reserve your preferred date at Blenheim Hill Farm, we offer a two-week courtesy hold with a $500 deposit. This deposit is applied toward your contract.

Once the hold is placed, the date is reserved exclusively for you and will not be offered to other couples for two weeks (or two weekend tour cycles). This gives you space to carefully review your budget, request proposal drafts, explore other venue options, and talk things through with family—without feeling rushed.

Because all dates at Blenheim Hill Farm are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, availability can change quickly. Even if a date is available at one moment, it may be secured shortly after by another couple. A date hold is the only way to protect the date during the next two weeks of your planning.

If you decide not to proceed with booking, the date-hold deposit becomes non-refundable.
