We’re in the northern Catskills, approximately three hours from New York City and a little over an hour from Albany.

For most guests, the easiest way to find us is to enter Blenheim Hill Farm into Google Maps or Apple Maps. We recommend downloading your directions before setting out, as cell service can become less reliable as you get into the mountains.

There are hotels, inns, vacation rentals and Airbnbs throughout the area.

The best place to start is the couple’s wedding website or invitation. They may have reserved room blocks, recommended particular accommodations or arranged transportation from specific locations.

Before booking accommodations independently, we recommend checking the driving distance to 673 Blenheim Hill Road, Jefferson, NY 12093, particularly if you won’t have your own car.

If you don’t find lodging information in the wedding materials, please contact the couple directly.However, our staff is asked not to direct you to a specific place, since travel website sites like Airbnb and Travelocity are providing the most accurate information about the available lodging when you need it. Let’s say our staff recommended 3 Airbnb’s, but they were all booked for that weekend, then we wasted your time. Airbnb and Travelocity and others will only list those that you can still book, for the weekend you are attending the wedding, so these sites will save you time, and you get to pick the place with the setting and amenities you love.

Absolutely. We have plenty of complimentary parking at the farm.

When you arrive, follow the signs and directions from our staff. If you’re traveling with someone who has difficulty walking, you’re welcome to drop them off at the entrance to the barn before parking your car.

We also have golf carts available to assist elderly guests and those with mobility needs in getting around the property. If someone in your party needs mobility assistance, please let the couple know in the notes field of your RSVP.

Transportation arrangements are different for every wedding, and not every couple provides shuttle service.

If transportation is being provided for the wedding you’re attending, pickup locations and schedules should be included on the couple’s wedding website, invitation or other information they’ve sent you. Please check there first.

Blenheim does not operate guest shuttles and does not have access to their schedules. We are also unable to arrange or recommend transportation. If you can’t find the information after checking the wedding materials, please contact the couple directly.

There is no reliable Uber or Lyft service in our area. You may occasionally be able to arrange a ride to Blenheim from a larger city such as Albany, but you should not assume you’ll be able to arrange a ride back.

Local taxi services do exist, but they typically need to be reserved several days in advance. Please do not count on taxis, Uber or Lyft being available on demand.

Renting a car, carpooling with other wedding guests, or using transportation provided by the couple, if offered, are your best options.

Most of our couples are arranging some form of transportation for their guests, although you can drive and park if you have a designated driver. When couples offer transportation, they want you to stay in one of their recommended places on their transportation route. So if you want a ride from your place of lodging to the venue (and if the couple is providing it) please check the invite and their wedding website. Every couple has a different plan for this, and we don’t want to interfere with their decisions or proving conflicting information, so we cannot answer questions about where you should stay.

Blenheim is a large country property, but we want every guest to be comfortable here. We have accessible parking, entrances, restrooms and seating, and golf carts are available to help guests with mobility needs move between areas of the property.

If you use a wheelchair, walker or cane, have difficulty walking longer distances, or have another mobility consideration we should know about, please include that information when you RSVP or share it directly with the couple or their designated representative.

The couple provides this information to our team before the wedding so our managers and drivers can be prepared to assist you when you arrive.

Blenheim is a country property, and portions of the celebration may take place outdoors on lawns, meadows, or other natural surfaces—even if only for a relatively short period. Comfortable footwear is always a good idea, and very narrow heels can be difficult on grass.

Weather in the Catskills can also be quite different from where you started your journey. We recommend checking the hourly weather forecast for ZIP code 12093 on the day of the wedding, including temperatures expected later in the evening, and dressing accordingly while following the couple’s dress code.

Even a warm afternoon can turn into a cool evening, so a light layer can often be useful. See a historical temperature chart at the bottom of this page as well.

As part of the wedding RSVP process, you will typically receive a printed or online RSVP form asking about dietary restrictions and other important information.

Please use the couple’s RSVP process—not Blenheim Hill Farm—to share this information.

In addition to food allergies and dietary restrictions, please let the couple know about other needs or circumstances that may be important for us in taking care of you, such as pregnancy, sobriety or mobility assistance.

The couple gathers this information from all of their guests and provides it to our team before the wedding so we can prepare appropriately.

Our farmhouse accommodations are reserved as part of the wedding and are managed directly with the couple rather than booked by individual wedding guests.
