Blenheim Hill is a 150-acre diversified farm located in New York’s Catskill Mountains. Proprietors Morten Sohlberg and Min Ye of Smorgas Chef and the newly opened Blenheim restaurant restored this farm to bring the freshest, sustainably grown produce and meats to their establishments.

The historic Blenheim Hill Farm is a site where traditional farming and animal husbandry meet modern innovations in sustainable growing. A year-round hydroponic greenhouse supplies an abundance of fresh lettuces, herbs and flowers to the restaurants. Heritage and rare species of livestock and poultry are raised and bred on site, and bees are kept to produce local honey featured on the menus of Smorgas Chef and Blenheim restaurant.
