KITCHEN. FOOD. BAR.

Michelin-trained chefs, farm-grown ingredients, and craft cocktails — all under one roof.

The Kitchen

At Blenheim Hill Farm, the kitchen is the heartbeat of your wedding weekend. Unlike venues that rely on outside caterers, we grow, forage, and raise much of what we serve — from pastured meats and free-range eggs to heirloom vegetables, fruit, and herbs. Our chefs forage mushrooms in our forests, harvest greens from our fields, and cook every dish from scratch with integrity.

This isn’t catering-as-usual. It’s a full culinary program designed around sustainability and flavor, rooted in the same land where you’ll say your vows. When your guests sit down to dinner, they’re tasting the farm itself — seasonal, fresh, and unforgettable.

The Food

Our culinary team spent nearly two decades running award-winning Manhattan restaurants, including a Michelin-rated restaurant in the West Village. Many of those same chefs and managers are now here full-time in the Catskills, bringing city-level standards to every plate.

You’ll work directly with our chefs to design a menu that feels like yours. We start with a curated tasting — a feast in itself — where you’ll sample seasonal dishes and plan a four-course reception menu that balances elegance and abundance. Think crudité stations, passed hors d’oeuvres, farm-raised meats, vegetarian masterpieces, handmade pastas, and desserts that rival any fine dining restaurant.

Every menu is designed with flexibility. Vegan, gluten-free, or nut-free guests are never an afterthought — we happily accommodate dietary needs without sacrificing flavor or beauty.

“Speaking of the food—it was hands down the best meal I’ve ever had!”

The Bar

Craft Cocktails, Local Brews, and an Open Bar with No Lines — It’s Our Promise

Our bar program is as thoughtful as our food. We carry our own liquor license and insurance, which means you don’t have to chase down permits or outside vendors — it’s all included, and it’s all professional.

Choose from a five-hour open bar stocked with craft beers, boutique wines, and house cocktails, or upgrade to top-shelf spirits and a fully customized cocktail menu. Our bartenders are seasoned pros, focused on fast, attentive service so your guests spend more time celebrating and less time waiting.

We also pour wines tableside, so glasses never go empty. From the welcome toast to the last late-night pour, your guests will experience a bar program that’s warm, seamless, and never generic. It’s not just about drinks — it’s about hospitality, woven into every glass.

Choosing a venue that handles all aspects of food and beverage—in-house— for your entire stay, comes with so many benefits. Trying to coordinate an outside caterer for a venue without an in-house restaurant-grade kitchen and in-house chefs and bar managers, can become very stressful and significantly costlier. Different teams not knowing one another creates chaos, and more staff are needed as team members are not cross-trained. The coordination alone requires an expensive planner to add to the budget. And you don’t have to worry that a caterer is still around by the time of your wedding.
