HISTORY

Blenheim is a living farm with history dating back to the 1740s.  The farm is owned by the critically acclaimed Blenheim Restaurant/Smorgas Restaurant Group in New York City.

Dating back to the late 1740s, Blenheim has a fascinating history and was the site of various skirmishes during the American Revolution. After lying dormant since the 1970s, the farm was restored by restauranteurs Morten Sohlberg and Min Ye, who have revitalized the property. Now home to a hydroponic greenhouse, rare and heritage animal breeds, and honey beehives, the farm provides many of the ingredients found on the menus of Smorgas Chef and Blenheim restaurant, as well as for the farms weddings and events.
