(Of course, if you’d like someone to handle invites or a few extras outside our scope, you’re welcome to bring a partial planner — but you’ll never need one.)

The Portal is your secure, 24/7 planning hub — organized into twelve departments that cover every part of your wedding weekend. It’s where your seating charts, décor notes, vendor info, and reception timeline all live together. You decide who has access, so your partner, family, and our managers are always working from the same script.
We’ll even ask you to share your story — how you met, and what you want your wedding to really feel like — so when the weekend arrives, our managers already know you beyond the logistics. With us, you’re never just another couple; for that weekend, you’re our whole world.
To be clear: the Portal doesn’t design your stationery or chase your guests for RSVPs. But it does ensure nothing gets lost, overlooked, or buried in an inbox. It’s live, transparent, and designed to keep every moving piece in sync — so nothing ever slips through the cracks.

If it’s logistics, you’ll get advice from the managers who run this property every weekend. We don’t disappear to Florida in the winter — our land, our animals, and our couples keep us grounded here, year-round.
We’re here to answer questions, give advice, and share what works (and what doesn’t) — sometimes bluntly, because we believe honesty is what takes a wedding from average to unforgettable. We won’t manage every email with your vendors, and sometimes you might wait a day or two for a reply, especially if we’re in the middle of helping another couple celebrate. But because we’re a large, full-time team, chances are you’ll still hear from us faster than anywhere else. On your wedding day, you shouldn’t be watching the clock or herding vendors. That’s why you’ll have a dedicated day-of coordinator. They keep time, run the ceremony, manage transitions, and make sure the vendors are where they should be.
They’re not your personal assistant — they won’t dash into town for forgotten hair clips — but they will quietly make sure a tray of canapés and a cocktail find their way to you while you’re off taking photos. They don’t handle your makeup, but they’ve been known to hem a dress or steam out a wrinkle in a pinch. They’ll give you the priceless gift of presence, exactly when you need it. You focus on your vows, the privacy of family, your guests, your dance floor — and we’ll handle the rest.
