True Farm-To-Table

Unlike most “farm-to-table” venues, we actually are a working farm — raising cattle, geese, ducks, chickens, and goats right here on our land. Our Michelin-trained chefs craft your menu with ingredients grown and raised on the farm, paired with seasonal produce and artisan goods from our Catskills neighbors. This isn’t a label — it’s a living ecosystem that becomes part of your wedding celebration.
